The protection of your personal data is an important concern to me. In accordance with Articles 13 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I inform you below about how and for what purposes personal data are processed on my website.

2. General Information on Data Processing
I process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as my content and services. Depending on the purpose, processing is carried out on the basis of the applicable data protection regulations, in particular Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract), and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Access Data and Server Log Files
When you access my website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to my server, which are stored in server log files. This data includes in particular:
– IP address (usually shortened)
– Date and time of access
– Name and URL of the retrieved file
– Browser type and version
– Operating system used
– Referrer URL
This data is used exclusively to ensure the technical operation, system security, and optimization of the website. These data are not merged with other data sources.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable online presence).
4. Contact via Email, Contact Form, or Appointment Request
If you contact me by email, via a contact form, or as part of an appointment request for a free initial consultation, your information (e.g. name, email address, possibly telephone number, and message content) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and coordinating the appointment. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or responding to your inquiry). After the inquiry has been fully processed, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require further storage.
5. Provision of Digital Content (E-Book, Checklists)
I provide the e-book via the external platform Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (Amazon KDP). Amazon processes the personal data collected during the purchase process independently. Amazon’s privacy policy applies.
I provide digital content (e.g. checklists) directly via my website. In doing so, I process only the personal data necessary for provision and processing. No data are transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
I do not receive any sensitive payment or bank details. Any payment processing, where applicable, is carried out by external payment service providers acting independently.
6. Use of Cookies
Diese Website verwendet Cookies und ähnliche Technologien. Technisch notwendige Cookies sind für den Betrieb der Website erforderlich und werden auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO eingesetzt. Darüber hinaus können – nach Ihrer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung – Cookies und vergleichbare Technologien zu Analysezwecken eingesetzt werden (z. B. Google Analytics 4). Die Einwilligung erfolgt über das Cookie-Banner und kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden.
7. Webanalyse mit Google Analytics 4
Diese Website nutzt Google Analytics 4, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Google Analytics verwendet Cookies und ähnliche Technologien, um zu analysieren, wie Besucherinnen und Besucher diese Website nutzen. Dabei werden insbesondere folgende Informationen verarbeitet:
- aufgerufene Seiten
- Klickverhalten
- ungefähre geografische Region
- verwendeter Browser
- verwendetes Endgerät
- Zeitpunkt des Seitenaufrufs
Nach Angaben von Google werden in Google Analytics 4 keine vollständigen IP-Adressen gespeichert. Die IP-Adresse wird ausschließlich zur groben Standortbestimmung verwendet und anschließend verworfen. Es kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass personenbezogene Daten an Server der Google LLC mit Sitz in den USA übermittelt werden. Google stützt diese Datenübermittlung auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework sowie auf Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO, um ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau sicherzustellen.
Rechtsgrundlage
Die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten erfolgt ausschließlich auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Google Analytics wird erst aktiviert, nachdem Sie über das Cookie-Banner ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben.
Widerruf der Einwilligung
Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, indem Sie die Cookie-Einstellungen über das Cookie-Banner erneut aufrufen und Ihre Auswahl anpassen.
Speicherdauer
Die in Google Analytics gespeicherten Daten werden entsprechend den Einstellungen dieses Google-Analytics-Kontos für maximal 14 Monate gespeichert und anschließend automatisch
gelöscht.

8. Google reCAPTCHA
Zum Schutz vor automatisierten Eingaben (z. B. durch Bots) und zur Absicherung von Formularen und Zahlungsprozessen verwende ich den Dienst reCAPTCHA des Unternehmens Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.
reCAPTCHA analysiert das Verhalten der Websitebesucher (z. B. IP-Adresse, Mausbewegungen, Verweildauer), um zu erkennen, ob es sich um eine menschliche Nutzung oder um automatisierte Zugriffe handelt. Die Analyse beginnt automatisch, sobald der Besucher die Website aufruft.
Die Nutzung von reCAPTCHA erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Sicherheit meiner Website und dem Schutz vor Missbrauch).

9. Bereitstellung kostenpflichtiger digitaler Downloads
Wenn Sie über meine Website kostenpflichtige digitale Inhalte (z. B. E-Books, Checklisten oder andere Downloads) erwerben, verarbeite ich die im Rahmen des Bestellvorgangs erforderlichen personenbezogenen Daten. Dazu gehören insbesondere Name, E-Mail-Adresse sowie Informationen zur Abwicklung des Kaufs und zur Bereitstellung des Downloads.
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zum Zweck der Vertragsdurchführung und der Bereitstellung der digitalen Inhalte gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt – sofern genutzt – über externe Zahlungsdienstleister (z. B. Stripe), die die für die Zahlung erforderlichen Daten eigenverantwortlich verarbeiten. Ich erhalte dabei keine vollständigen Zahlungs- oder Kreditkartendaten.
Die personenbezogenen Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für die Vertragsabwicklung erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
10. Einbindung externer Inhalte und Links
My website may contain links to external third-party websites (e.g. Amazon or information portals). I have no influence over the content or data protection practices of these external providers. The respective operator is solely responsible for the processing of personal data. Please refer to the privacy notices of the linked websites.
11. Speicherdauer und Löschung
I delete personal data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or statutory retention periods expire. If statutory retention obligations exist, the data will be deleted after these periods have elapsed.
